Welcome to my Catamaran site.

My name is Gerald Martin, and I am a resident of SaddleBrooke Ranch.   Before moving to the Ranch I was building a thirty foot, cruising catamaran in Colorado.  The boat is half finished and now stored on a trailer in Catalina.  

I am looking for other residents to participate in finishing this boat.

Some pertinent facts:

• I am giving this boat (finished to this stage) and all materials on hand at no cost to future participants.
• The boat will be completed as a cruising catamaran capable of sleeping four people or two couples.  Click on CRUISING DESIGN CHANGES tab above.
• The boat will be moored or stored at San Carlos Marina in Mexico.  This is a eight hour drive due south from Tucson.  This is a popular cruising area, and  the Tucson Sailing Club holds regattas there.
• The boat can be completed in one to two years, because there are many parts already in place, such as sails, fully rigged mast, etc.  Look under the PHOTO GALLERY tab above
